Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Anomira account or using any Anomira service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Anomira on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Anomira provides a real-time API security monitoring platform, including threat detection, alerting, automated response playbooks, and related tools (the "Service"). The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at security@anomira.io if you discover or suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You may use Anomira only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the Service to monitor APIs or systems you do not own or have explicit authorisation to monitor.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Anomira platform.
Use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks, mass credential testing, or any other offensive security activity against third parties.
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Nigerian Naira (₦) via Paystack. Prices are as listed on our pricing page at the time of subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The Free plan is provided at no cost and includes 10,000 API events per month. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Free plan at any time with reasonable notice.

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant Anomira a limited licence to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

Anomira and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, algorithms, detection rules, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or branding.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Anomira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including data loss, security incidents that occur despite the Service, or lost profits.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and dashboard notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
